We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please take a few moments when order is received to check the contents of your shipment. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact Customer Service by email admin@ charlottebalfour.com.au.au. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 14 days or without verification. For orders that are damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the appropriate steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
To return products, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by charlottebalfour.com.au
This RMA number can be obtained by calling us or contacting us via email.
The RMA number MUST BE displayed on the outside of the box or packet.
All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and products must be returned within this period.
This procedure must be followed in order for credit to be processed.
